Findhorn Marina has several exciting opportunities for RYA Instructors, competent sailors/power boaters and other non instructor persons.
At Findhorn Marina we are customer focused and provide RYA training and informal sessions all year round. We are looking for the right people to join us for the 2012 season and beyond. In return we will offer a competitive rate of pay with great working environment.
Our needs as a company also leave us with a requirement to fill non instructor posts such as shop assistants. Yard hands. Water Taxi helms, waiter/waitresses and sailing school helpers. Therefore we would be interested to hear from both individuals and couples/friends.
We are a busy centre which includes a small Marina, cafe, boatyard, water taxi, chandler, engineering. Despite this we have a great family feel to the place with many of our customers coming back year after year and becoming friends. Findhorn is a holiday destination so a really great variety of visitors from all over the globe.
On job training is provided where required. Higher level instructor qualifications / commercial endorsements / costal endorsements / 1st aid / sea survival / VHF etc ,etc We often provide training which may not be required but promotes best practice.
Comfortable accommodation is available in what has to be one of the most beautiful places in Scotland.
